a newbie to frogs and their environs
Would like to say hello, and to let you all know that I have only come into contact with dart frogs once, the most startling red/w blue legs. I have only now been able to accommodate them like they should be. I love bird too, but I don't have them for the simple reason; you can't spread your wings in a cage. Even tho birds aren't frogs they don't need to live in a tiny, unimaginative bowls either. So now, I am sold on Paludariums. Am starting to revamp a 6ft tank. I'm am aquarium man from age 10, and now that someone has seriously combined land and water and sky together like I wanted to do in the 60's, but not till now do I know how, and have the nescessary technology to accomplish it. I hope to learn and contribute and vice versa. I hope to have the D. Azueres (I winged the spelling), and the D. Leucomedes, (winged it too!), sorry. By the way; I have seen your attempts at a cage for one of these frogs, and I don't have mere words to tell you just how beautiful these pieces of living art, wrapped up in a box of glass, that you all have made, truly are. You have sent my mind on many adventures around the next bend, or just past that covered branch, there has to be something worth seeing there. All I can say is THANK YOU. I don't know how many times I have had to pick up my eyeballs along with my jaw back in place. My most used American vernacular of late is WOW!!! and NO WAY!!! I hope to do even slightly as good! You're too smart to not figure out my real name. Only with a "Y", like a guy.
